Responsibilities:Checking guests in and out of Silver BaronGiving guest directions, information and instructionsConcierge duties including making reservations for restaurants and activitiesEfficiently operate Maestro, Deer Valley Resorts property management systemEfficiently operate the Saflok system, room key systemEnsure checklist for the day is completedOversee pre-arrival concierge/front desk processCompetently make a reservation for FIT's or ownersSettle unresolved check outsLog all tickets, vouchers, gift cards and gift basketsBalance and close out lift ticket salesAssist guests with any reasonable requestAssist in coordinating the bell staff for guest pick- ups and drop offAssist in coordinating the bell staff for guest requests as well as luggage pick up and drop offDrive when necessaryEnsure bell staff is properly maintaining the vehicles and completing check lists dailySettle guest balances upon departureHandling of cash, gift card and credit card transactionsHelp the operations manager recruit, manage, train, motivate and evaluate performance of all the front desk staffWork with operations manager to develop weekly bell staff and front desk schedule ensuring proper shift coverage is in line with the budget and occupancy forecastOversee suppliesDemonstrate proactive guest, owner and employee problem resolution with urgency, respect and empathy towards all issues presentedEnsure staff professionalism through coaching, adherence to dress codes, maintaining uncluttered and well supplied workspaces, proper training materials, and clear channels of communicationAssist Operations Manager with end of season review or annual appraisal of existing staffWork with the Operations Manager to develop processes and procedure to ensure smooth operation and flow at the front deskEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
