Private residence Landscaper
LANDSCAPER NEEDED ASAP Looking for a landscaper to work in Kamas position is MondayFriday hours can be somewhat flexible.
The position is full time from the beginning April end of October.
Pay is dependent on experience.
Looking for someone who is a motivated and can keep themselves busy by assessing what needs to be done on the property.
Experience IS NOT required but preferred This property is quite a bit larger than normal residential properties.
Responsibilities include Mowing trimming edging and fertilizing the lawn.
Working watering schedules adjustingreplacing sprinkler heads Possibly even some valves for sprinkler system.
Weeding and maintaining the beds.
Maintaining walking paths.
Weeding the native grass areas.
Trimming the shrubs bushes and trees.
Fertilizing trees.
Maintaining lawn equipment i.
e.
lawn mower trimmer chainsaws etc.
Maintaining Driveway and surrounding areas.
There is a pond on site and knowing how to take care of one would be helpful.
Qualifications You do not have to know everything or most things about landscaping to work in this position.
Some things can be taught on the job.
