Maintenance Technician
The role of the Maintenance Technician is to complete all maintenance needs of the property in all aspects and areas of the property including curb appeal cleaning painting unit make readies work orders etc.
The Maintenance Technician is a key role to maintain a high level of quality control pertaining to the overall condition of the community through preventative and day to day maintenance needs and therefore a big part of the community success.
General Duties Include But Are Not Limited To Receives direction and work orders from Maintenance SupervisorProperty Manager.
Performs work according to standard procedure and OSHA safety guidelines.
Makes carpentry electrical mechanical and plumbing repairs in common areas and inside apartments.
Performs touch up and finish painting.
Performs janitorial cleaning of common areas and leaves apartment homes clean after completing repairs.
Maintains swimming pool during summer if applicable.
Schedules painting flooring electrical HVAC and cleaning with outside vendorscontractors.
Clears snow from entrances and walkways.
Keeps grounds clean of debris.
Oncall hours required some nights and weekends.
Other duties as assigned.
HVAC and CPO License or Certificate preferred but training can be provided for a qualified candidate.
Pay based on Experience Benefits Schedule Supplemental Pay LicenseCertification.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
