Deburrer
First shift early start am pm.
Required to use hand deburr tools and some power tools to prepare finished parts for final product assembly.
Identify and remove burrs from machined parts using part drawing as a reference Reject defective parts due to flaws in material and workmanship and remove and mark parts appropriately.
Maintain a clean safe work area.
Adjust tools and replace as necessary.
Provide accurate inventory counts at all times and keep parts in appropriate parts storage areas.
Work as a team member to aid all shifts and support personnel to operate to departmental standards including quality and productivity goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EducationCertifications High School diploma or equivalent Experience Individual should have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
